• Financial status: able to pay for monthly fee

Application procedules

• Apply : fill application, physical examination report, copy of ID card, copy of registered residence record.
• verify: application verification
• Move in: sign contract, pay monthly fee, setup reserve for emergency medication (nursing care), deposit.
• note:
  1. please be sure to have physical examination in public hospital or Juridical person hospital citizen's physical examination + Xray, HbsAg, HbsAb, HCAb, VDRL, Anti---HIV, gonorrhea, germiculture positive need add antibiotics test, electrocardiogram, excrements
  2. Make contract with 2 guarantors
